3 to 4 tablets per day

It is recommended to take it in the evening for nighttime action, because the skin, then protected from external aggressions, sets up its regeneration mechanisms.

For optimal effects it is recommended to follow this treatment for 2 and a half months in a row.

This treatment can be taken continuously, throughout the year.
