Directions for use

• 1 tablespoon (6.6 g) per day, mixed in any type of food or diluted in 250 ml of water or any other drink
• To be consumed during the day at the time you prefer, the main thing is not to forget it :)
• For optimal effects, it is recommended to follow this treatment for at least 3 months in a row.
• This formula can be consumed continuously, throughout the year.

Contraindications

This formula has no side effects.

It is not recommended for people allergic to fish, molluscs and crustaceans as well as in cases of ulcers or gallstones, due to the presence of devil's claw.
