Directions for use
How to massage yourself:
Brush your entire body starting from your feet and working up to your neck. Massage in small circular movements, always directing them towards the heart.
When to massage:
First thing in the morning when you wake up to gently wake up your body!
In the evening, for a relaxing ritual that prepares the body for sleep.
Ideally, dry brushing should be done before your shower. The shower will help clean your skin after this massage. Then apply your moisturizer.
After use, clean your brush with a little soap and water. Shake the brush to remove as much water as possible. Let it dry with the bristles facing down.
