How

Take one capsule per day with a large glass of water, on an empty stomach or not, at the time of day that is most convenient for you. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Duration

The case contains 30 capsules for 30 days . Recommended treatment duration: 2 months (= 2 cases). You will notice the first benefits after 15 days of use. Atelier Nubio recommends following the treatment for at least 2 months for lasting benefits.

All formulations of Atelier Nubio food supplements can be taken simultaneously, the active ingredients are different and compatible.
