How

Take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, on an empty stomach or not, at the time of day most convenient for you. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This supplement does not replace suitable sun protection (hat, glasses, sunscreen)

Duration

The case contains 60 capsules for 30 days (1 month). Recommended duration: 3 months. Start the treatment at least one week (ideally 1 month) before sun exposure, continue for the entire duration of exposure and after.

Synergies

All Atelier Nubio supplement formulations can be taken simultaneously, the active ingredients are different and compatible.

Conservation

Shelf life: 24 months. Keep away from light, heat and humidity and out of reach of children.
