How

Take two capsules per day with a large glass of water, on an empty stomach or not, at the time of day that is most convenient for you. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Duration

The case contains 60 capsules for 30 days (1 month). Recommended duration: 3 months. You will notice the first benefits after 1 month, remarkable results after two months and a lasting improvement after 3 months.
