How

Drink 5 to 10 ml diluted in a glass of water or an infusion, in the evening before going to bed. One pump corresponds to 1 ml - the pipette does not fill completely. 5 ml = 5 pumps. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Duration

The bottle contains approximately 3 weeks of program (100 ml). It is recommended to triple the treatment . You will notice the first benefits after the first treatment, remarkable results after the second and a lasting improvement after the third.
