How

Take 1 ampoule per day, diluted in a large glass of water, morning, noon or evening, on an empty stomach or not during the luteal phase (period between ovulation and menstruation).

Duration

Approximately 10 days (depending on the length of your luteal phase/cycle). One box contains 20 ampoules and lasts you through two menstrual cycles.

Conservation

Keep away from light, heat and out of reach of children.
