How

Take two to three capsules per day with a large glass of water, in the morning, on an empty stomach or not. You can take 2 additional capsules at noon depending on your level of fatigue. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Duration

The case contains 60 capsules for approximately 1 month. Recommended treatment duration: 3 months (= 3 cases). You will notice the first benefits after 1 month, we advise you to continue for 3 months for lasting benefits.

Synergies

All Atelier Nubio supplement formulations can be taken simultaneously, the active ingredients are different and compatible. 'We want... to be ready in the morning' can be taken simultaneously with all the supplements in the 'We want...' range.
