How

Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with a large glass of water, on an empty stomach or not, at the time of day most convenient for you. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Duration

The case contains 60 capsules for 30 days (1 month). Recommended duration: 3 months.
Observe a 1 month break between 2 3 month programs.
