How

Take 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily dose. This food supplement should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Duration

The case contains 30 capsules for 30 days (1 month). Recommended duration: 3 months. Take a 1-month break between 2 3-month treatments.

Conservation

Shelf life: 18 months. Keep away from light, heat and humidity, and out of reach of children. For optimal conservation once opened, keep the product in the refrigerator.
