Directions for use
Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons in the morning into your beverage of choice.

Recipe ideas :
Energy Latte
Ingredients :
- 2 tsp Good Vibes Powder
- 50cl of almond milk
- 5 ice cubes
Preparation :
- Mix 2 tsp of good vibes powder in a little lukewarm water
- Put the ice cubes in your glass
- Pour in the almond milk then the Good Vibes powder diluted with water
- Mix then enjoy.
Wild Porridge
Ingredients :
- 50g of small oat flakes
- 10cl of water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 2 tsp Good Vibes Powder
- 15cl of vegetable milk
Toppings :
- Yogurt mixed with 1 tsp Good Vibes Powder
- Almond puree
- Caramelized banana
- Frozen blueberries
- Muscovado sugar
- Good Vibes Powder
Preparation :
- In a saucepan, pour the oat flakes, water, maple syrup, vanilla flavoring and Good Vibes Powder.
- Heat over medium/low heat. When the mixture begins to thicken, stir continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom.
- Gradually add the milk and continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Pour into a bowl, add toppings and enjoy
Vitamin Smoothie
Ingredients :
- 1 banana
- 150g frozen strawberries
- 2 tsp Good Vibes Powder
- 25cl of almond milk
Preparation :
- Cut a banana into pieces
- Add the chopped banana, frozen strawberries, Good Vibes Powder and almond milk to the blender and mix
- Pour into a nice glass and enjoy.
