For optimal hygiene, it is recommended to change your toothbrush every 3 months.

As the classic BPA-free nylon bristles are not compostable, cut the toothbrush just below the head and dispose of it with regular waste. The handle (100% biodegradable bamboo) can be sorted with organic waste. The toothbrush packaging is also compostable.
