The Essential Lotion can be applied with your hands or using a washable cotton pad.

By hand : Apply with the palm of your hands, tapping from the inside to the outside of your face, to create a suction effect that will oxygenate the epidermis.

With a cotton pad : perform mini-tapping movements, from the inside to the outside of the face, to stimulate the skin

What time of day?

After removing makeup and before moisturizing, to purify and pre-hydrate the skin without weighing it down.

Throughout the day to soothe and regulate excess sebum.

As a makeup base for a second skin effect before day cream.
