Directions for use

• Skin purifier and disinfectant : Thyme hydrosol with thujanol helps cleanse acne-prone and problem skin. It can be used as a spray on the face or as compresses.
• Oral hygiene : this hydrosol helps prevent dental infections such as oral abscesses, canker sores or gingivitis. It can be used as a mouthwash, by diluting 1 teaspoon in half a glass of water.

Thyme hydrosol with thujanol is also recommended at the start of any winter infection : take 1 tablespoon of pure hydrosol every 2 hours (as a treatment and not permanently).
