Directions for use

Recommended volume : 1 drop of essential oil for 4 drops of Solubol.

For internal use : for example 2 drops of EO and 8 drops of Solubol. Once these two components are mixed, cover with at least 30 ml of water (and more if desired).

Method for regular use : in an empty 10 ml bottle, mix for example 2 ml of EO and 8 ml of Solubol. Shake before use. Pour 10 drops of this mixture into a glass of water, into a herbal tea, into a soup, etc. 10 drops of the mixture correspond to approximately 2 drops of pure EO.

The prepared solution is sometimes a little thick for some droppers, here is a variation: in an empty 30 ml bottle, add 2 ml of EO, 8 ml of Solubol and 10 ml of water or hydrosol. Shake before use. The equivalent of 2 drops of pure EO is then equivalent to 20 drops of the mixture.

For a bath : for example 10 drops of EO and 40 drops of Solubol - mix and add to the bath water.
