Take a small amount of powder and apply with light movements from left to right.

How to care for your brush ? Hold the brush head down and run it under warm water. Wash with a mild shampoo or soap and rinse thoroughly. Let it air dry, laying it "lying down" to prevent water from penetrating the handle.
